We're seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in system analysis and domain mapping. In this role, you'll dissect complex systems into manageable domains and create high-level business maps to guide our software development initiatives. Working closely with business and engineering teams, you'll enhance existing systems and implement new features that align with our strategic objectives.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Analyse current systems and decompose them into functional domainsDevelop high-level business domain maps for clarity and understandingFacilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications (functional and non-functional) with the engineering teamCollaborate with software engineers to ensure requirements are properly understood and implementedSupport prioritisation decisions with detailed analysis and business impact assessmentsMaintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across teamsTrack requirements progress and flag potential blockers or dependenciesIdentify requirements gaps and technical constraints, proposing solutions where appropriateStay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and software developmentWhat You'll Bring
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilitiesExperience translating business requirements into technical specificationsUnderstanding of software architecture and data flowHighly Regarded:
CBAP certificationIndustry-specific experienceData analysis skillsKnowledge of cloud technologiesFamiliarity with DevOps principles
