<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">We are looking for a Data analyst with a background in finance, for a temporary role in dynamic organization.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Data analyst will be responsible for aggregating data into meaningful management reporting and analyses to support decision-making and drive performance improvement. This analyst will be also responsible for oversight and governance of databases and reporting environments associated with BI environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">-6 month temp replacment</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span dir="RTL">•</span>Responsible for working with key business leaders and other stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs and translating them into the Business Intelligence solutions</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span dir="RTL">•</span>Define new business KPIs, units objectives and create supportive infrastructure for measuring them</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span dir="RTL">•</span>Gain knowledge and understanding of the business to track wisely business performance and provide better analytics solutions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span dir="RTL">•</span>Provide actionable recommendations and conclusion out from in-depth analysis</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span dir="RTL">•</span>Explores the data and identify uncovered patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies, and trends</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span dir="RTL">•</span>Oversight and governance of databases and reporting environments associated with BI environment</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span dir="RTL">•</span>Build and maintain reporting dashboards</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span dir="RTL">•</span>Improve efficiency of existing work processes and deliverables within the Finance organization</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span dir="RTL">•</span>Position assumes attention to the details and responsibility for data quality</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><u>Essential Education, Skills and Experience:</u></span></p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Economics/ Statistics or other quantitative discipline.</p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>Minimum 4 years of relevant employment experience as Qlik Sense developer,driving business insights through large, complex data sets in technology oriented companies.</p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>Experience in building visualizations and dashboards using data visualization tools.</p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>High level English</p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>Experience with predictive modelling (decision trees, regressions, etc.)- an advantage .</p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>Advanced skills in Excel functions and PowerPoint, VBA a big advantage.</p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>Experience in writing SQL queries and thorough understanding of database concepts and relationships- mandatory.</p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>Candidate have to be proactive, delivery focused with wide and out of the box thinking</p> <p><span dir="RTL">•</span>Able to work in a team and in a multitasking and dynamic environment</p>
