We are seeking an execution-focused Operations & Systems Implementation Specialist with light build-strategy capability. This role is the bridge between strategy and execution—taking scopes, identifying the right system structure, and building it end-to-end across tools. The focus is on turning ideas into working systems that empower teams to operate with clarity and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
Interpret project scopes and determine the most practical system structure before buildingImplement operational systems across project management, documentation, and automation toolsDesign workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that match real usageTranslate Looms, voice notes, chats, and meetings into structured systems and documentationBreak down projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependenciesIdentify inefficiencies and simplify overbuilt or unclear systems
Required Skills
Proven experience implementing systems across tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Airtable, etc.)Ability to think through build strategy before execution (structure, logic, tradeoffs)Strong documentation and written English skillsHigh attention to detail with a practical, execution-first mindsetAbility to work independently from scopes with minimal hand-holding
Preferred Skills
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com)Familiarity with AI tools and structuring systems for AI usageExperience supporting founders, agencies, or fast-moving teams
