Job Overview: We are a growing renovation and construction company seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Order Management Assistant to support our operations. This role focuses on accurate data entry, managing Home Depot supply orders, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining up-to-date job progress records.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely data entry related to projects, materials, and orders Manage and track Home Depot supply orders, including order status and delivery updates Coordinate and communicate with contractors regarding materials, schedules, and job progress Enter and maintain progress updates for ongoing renovation and construction jobs Organize project documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date Support the operations team with administrative tasks related to construction projectsRequirements

Proven experience in data entry and administrative support Experience with order management or purchasing (Home Depot or similar suppliers is a plus) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills for coordinating with contractors and internal teams Basic understanding of renovation or construction workflows is an advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or project tracking tools Experience working with contractors or construction teams Strong organizational and time-management skills
