About this role
We are seeking a Site Merchandising and Marketing Associate to optimize and enhance the online shopping experience on our retail e-commerce site. This role combines merchandising, marketing, and data-driven analysis to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for customers.
The ideal candidate has experience with Shopify’s headless platform, understands key website KPIs, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Merchandise and manage product listings, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience Schedule, maintain, and QA marketing assets on the website Set up and review site promotions, ensuring accuracy and proper execution Analyze website KPIs and A/B test results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities Implement data-driven recommendations to improve site performance, UX, and conversion rates Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to align merchandising with brand initiatives Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms to enhance site functionality and efficiency Stay informed on e-commerce trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to drive innovation Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and marketing, preferably in retail Experience with Shopify and its suite of tools (discounts, product catalog management) Familiarity with Algolia or similar merchandising/search tools (preferred) Experience with Builder.io or similar headless asset management platforms (preferred) Experience with Asana or similar project management tools (preferred) Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess A/B test results, and make actionable recommendations Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
