Job Overview
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing eCommerce brand, find a Senior Media Buyer (Social) to scale and optimize paid social performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and emerging platforms.
In this role, you’ll own large paid social budgets end-to-end—driving efficient customer acquisition, testing creative and audience strategies, and optimizing campaigns to hit key performance goals such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple objectives (awareness, traffic, conversions, retargeting) Conduct audience research and build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences Collaborate closely with creative teams on ad concepts, copy, and video/visual direction Implement structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures Analyze performance data and optimize toward key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV) Manage significant daily and monthly ad spend while maintaining profitability targets Stay up to date on platform changes, new features, and social commerce trends
Requirements
4+ years experience in social media advertising with focus on Meta and TikTokProven success managing $75K+ monthly social ad budgets with strong ROASDeep understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and creative optimizationExperience with Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and third-party tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)Strong creative instincts and ability to identify winning ad conceptsConsumer goods, e-commerce, or health/wellness industry experience preferredMeta Blueprint and TikTok advertising certifications a plus
