Scope of the Role
The Funnel / Growth Manager will own and evolve our conversion assets across the customer journey, with a strong emphasis on landing pages, quiz funnels, and advertorial-style experiences. This role is critical to scaling performance across paid channels by improving conversion rates, engagement, and overall funnel efficiency.
You will work closely with paid media, creative, and analytics teams to ideate, build, test, and optimise high-performing funnels that turn traffic into customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Own the strategy, development, and optimisation of landing pages, quiz funnels, and advertorialsBuild and iterate quiz-based funnels that personalise the customer journey and improve conversion ratesDevelop and test advertorial-style pages aligned with paid traffic sources (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)Lead CRO initiatives across key funnel touchpoints using A/B and multivariate testingAnalyse funnel performance metrics (CVR, CPA, AOV, LTV, bounce rate, drop-off points) and translate insights into actionCollaborate with paid media and creative teams to align messaging, angles, and offers across funnelsContinuously evolve existing assets to improve performance rather than relying solely on net-new buildsWork closely with developers and designers to ensure fast execution and high-quality implementationDocument learnings, tests, and results to inform future growth strategies
Requirements
Proven experience as a Funnel Manager, Growth Manager, or CRO-focused role within eCommerce or DTCHands-on experience building and optimising quiz funnels (a must)Strong background in landing pages and advertorial funnels for paid trafficDeep understanding of conversion rate optimisation principles and testing frameworksExperience working with funnel and landing page tools (e.g. custom builds, CRO platforms, quiz builders)Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsComfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote team
