Job Overview: Our client, Pophaus, a fast-growing social-first creative agency working with consumer brands across CPG, wellness, food & beverage, beauty, and DTC, is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own email and SMS execution across multiple client accounts. In this role, you will build, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns and lifecycle flows while contributing to retention growth, LTV improvement, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities: Design, build, and execute email and SMS campaigns and automated lifecycle flows Manage email and SMS calendars, scheduling, and deployments across multiple brands Develop and maintain flows including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, and retention sequences Build and manage audience segmentation based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement Monitor campaign and flow performance, reporting on revenue, open rates, CTR, conversion, and retention metrics Identify insights and optimization opportunities using performance data Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to improve lifecycle performance Support client communication with performance insights and strategic recommendations Ensure deliverability best practices and brand voice consistency across all accounts
Requirements
Must-Have:
5+ years of experience in email marketing
Strong proficiency with Klaviyo
Hands-on experience with SMS marketing
Direct experience managing email marketing for e-commerce or DTC brands
Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategy
Deep knowledge of email marketing metrics and analytics
Excellent written communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
