Our client is a fast-growing bridal accessories brand building its growth engine on organic short-form video. Despite a relatively small follower base, we've already generated thousands of organic views on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Now we're focused on turning early wins into a repeatable system for viral content.

The Role
This is a strategic role, not an editing role.
You'll find the highest-potential organic videos in the bridal, fashion, and lifestyle space, understand why they work, and translate those insights into clear creative briefs that editors can execute confidently. You'll decide what content we should make next—not just monitor trends. The role will have kpi’s that will grant you quarterly bonuses for hitting them after probation period.
What You'll Do
The founder of this business will also onboard and personally train you to set you up for success in the first month. This is a critical role and the founders themselves will be hands-on until you are fully onboarded.
Responsibilities
Identify and analyze high-performing organic short-form videos on TikTok and InstagramExplain why videos perform: hook strength, structure, pacing, emotion, relatability, formatDistinguish repeatable content patterns from one-off viral hitsBrief 50 videos a month to video editors Apply audience awareness thinking: cold → warm → conversionCreate structured creative briefs with: shot (hook + CTA intent), script + in-text captions, A-roll/B-roll requirements, duration and edit instructionsSelect the right existing videos from our Google Drive asset bank to repurpose or referenceWork directly with founders and collaborate with editorsIterate strategy based on performance learnings
