About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Creator Manager to own and scale a decentralized creator and affiliate ecosystem. This is not just relationship management — this is pipeline building, performance enforcement, and daily execution.
You will source, onboard, train, and manage creators across short-form platforms while ensuring they consistently produce content that fuels both organic growth and paid advertising performance.
This role is operational, strategic, and highly accountable. You are responsible for output volume, creator retention, and revenue attribution.
What You’ll Own
You will fully own the creator pipeline and affiliate ecosystem, including sourcing, onboarding, performance tracking, and creator development.
Core Responsibilities
Creator Sourcing & Outreach
Daily sourcing across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Use Kalodata for creator discovery Personalized DM outreach and relationship building Maintain a pipeline of 100+ active prospects Target specific niches: Supplement retail employees (GNC, Vitamin Shoppe) Fitness creators Skincare enthusiasts Men’s lifestyle creators Actors / comedians
Onboarding & Training
Run structured onboarding (8-module training program) Manage onboarding forms and creator database (Notion) Ensure creators understand output standards and expectations Community & Coaching
Lead weekly group calls and 1:1 coaching sessions Manage Instagram group chat (Gold tier creators) Manage Discord communities (Silver/Bronze tiers) Provide performance feedback and creative inspiration Enforce daily content standards: Gold: 10 videos/day Silver: 5 videos/day Bronze: 3 videos/day
Affiliate & Operations Management
Manage affiliate systems (coupon tracking, commission payouts, attribution) Track performance and ROI (organic + paid attribution) Make tier upgrade/removal decisions based on performance Coordinate content needs with Creative Strategist Distribute briefs based on tier, style, and performance
Research & Optimization
Conduct ongoing market and content research Identify trends and opportunities within creator ecosystems Continuously refine processes for scalability and output quality
KPIs You’ll Be Accountable For
20+ new creators onboarded per month 100+ active creators in pipeline Daily content submission rate (% hitting tier targets) Revenue attributed to creator content (organic + paid) Weekly call attendance rate Quarter-over-quarter creator retention
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years managing UGC, influencer, or creator programs with measurable performance results Deep fluency in TikTok and Instagram ecosystems Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Social Snowball or similar) Strong relationship builder who can motivate and enforce accountability Data-driven decision-maker Native-level English Highly self-directed — able to operate independently day-to-day
