Scope of the role:

We are looking for a highly proactive Marketing Assistant to act as the founder’s right hand across all marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on planning, coordination, and execution—not just task completion.

Your primary objective is to reduce the founder’s cognitive load by owning marketing planning, follow-through, and day-to-day coordination across content, channels, and community. This is not a passive assistant role. We are looking for a strategic planner who anticipates needs, brings ideas to the table, and ensures consistent execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Creation Support

Own weekly content planning, including: Creating a clear, prioritized weekly shot list for the founder Defining topics, hooks, formats, platforms, and deadlines Research trends and high-performing content, especially in wellness, superfoods, and TikTok-style content Translate trends into content ideas tailored to the founder’s on-camera strengths Ensure all content: Feels human, natural, and brand-aligned Avoids generic or overly templated “AI-sounding” output Maintains consistent brand tone and founder personality 2. Channel Ownership & Support

i. Instagram

Plan and direct Instagram Stories, including: What to promote on specific days Which products to feature Clear calls to action (swipes, taps, links) Align Stories with launches, promotions, and events ii. Pinterest & LinkedIn

Repurpose existing content into: Pinterest pins and idea pins LinkedIn posts highlighting the brand, founder story, and products iii. Email Marketing

Contribute to email marketing initiatives, including: Campaign ideas Newsletters and flows tied to launches, education, and community building 3. Community & Relationship Management

i. Facebook Group

Drive focused growth into the Facebook group via product-based traffic Turn new members into an engaged community by: Welcoming new members Sparking conversations Sharing relevant content and resources ii. Discord Community

Manage the brand’s Discord server, including: Answering member questions (including technical and meta-ads-related questions) Supporting creators promoting the brand Ensuring consistent communication and responsiveness Assist as the community expands into supporting users with Meta Ads iii. External Calls & Coordination

Handle calls the founder does not need to attend, including: Community events Partnerships Coordination and logistics Initially, very part-time (approximately 10 calls)

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Comfortable handling calls and live communication Confident and comfortable on camera (if/when required) A planner and problem-solver, not just a task-taker Anticipates needs, suggests improvements, and takes ownership Experience with content-driven or founder-led brands is a strong plus
