About the Role
This role sits within the Influencer & Creator Marketing category and is responsible for managing TikTok influencer programs end-to-end. The position is highly client-facing and requires someone who can balance creators, internal teams, and brand stakeholders while maintaining structure, timelines, and performance standards.
This is an execution + ownership role—not just outreach. You’ll be expected to run clean influencer programs that clients trust and creators respect.
Core Responsibilities
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsLead client communications, updates, and performance recaps Translate brand goals into clear influencer briefs and campaign plans Proactively manage timelines, expectations, and deliverablesInfluencer Strategy & Execution
Source, vet, and onboard TikTok creators aligned with campaign goalsManage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and content deliveryOversee content approvals, posting schedules, and brand complianceHold creators accountable to timelines and quality standardsCampaign Operations
Own influencer campaign timelines from kickoff through completionTrack live content, usage rights, whitelisting approvals, and deliverablesCoordinate with paid media teams on Spark Ads and scaling contentMaintain organized influencer databases and documentationPerformance & Reporting
Monitor and track KPIs (views, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS)Deliver clear, client-ready performance summaries and insightsIdentify high-performing creators and repeatable content patternsRecommend data-backed optimizations to improve results
