OverviewWe’re hiring a senior-level 3D Creative Director to fully own the visual direction of product launches—from first concept through final delivery.
This is not a task-based execution role. This is a high-ownership role where you’re trusted to take a product brief and run with it.
You’ll be told: “We’re launching X product.” Your response: “On it.”
You define the look, direct the visuals, align stakeholders, and personally ensure the final output meets a high creative bar. Luxury, restraint, taste, and clarity matter here.
What You’ll Own End-to-end 3D creative direction for product launches Visual strategy across: Product listings Website pages Static graphics & infographics Motion and animation assets Core ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Ownership Define the visual approach for each product launch (static + motion) Set the creative standard and ensure all assets feel cohesive, premium, and intentional Make strong, taste-driven decisions without excessive guidance Static Renders Direct and/or produce high-end 3D static renders for: Product listings Infographics Website visuals Marketing assets Ensure lighting, materials, composition, and realism align with a luxury-level standard Animation & Motion Direct and/or produce 3D animations for: Product storytelling Feature callouts Web and marketing use cases Keep motion purposeful, refined, and elevated—never flashy for its own sake Approval → Execution Present clear creative concepts for approval Incorporate feedback efficiently without diluting the vision Deliver final assets with a high level of polish Quality Control Own final output—nothing ships unless it meets the bar Maintain consistency across all static and animated assets Requirements
What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading 3D visual direction for premium or luxury brands Exceptional visual taste and judgment (subjective, but non-negotiable) Strong understanding of: Lighting, materials, camera, and composition Realistic product rendering High-end animation principles Comfortable working autonomously with minimal hand-holding Able to balance creative ambition with business timelines Someone who finishes—not just ideates
Tools & Skillset (Flexible, Not Dogmatic) Expertise in modern 3D workflows (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Octane, Redshift, Unreal, etc.) Strong post-production sensibility (After Effects, compositing, color, final polish) Clear communication when presenting concepts and creative rationale
How Success Is Measured Product launches feel elevated, intentional, and unmistakably premium Stakeholders trust your judgment and stop micromanaging visuals Assets ship clean, on time, and raise the brand’s creative ceiling
