About Us:DailyPay is looking for a Manager of Analytics to join our growing Data Team! The Manager of Analytics will utilize various types of data to draw insights and build strategic recommendations to drive business value for the company, while working collaboratively to empower internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.

This position will also enable client success through guiding the development of customer?facing data products and analytics. The mission of the Data Team is critical for continuous development and success of our product, understanding the needs of our customers and partners, and maintaining DailyPay’s leading role in the early wage access industry -- and the Manager of Analytics will be instrumental in helping to realize this vision for DailyPay.

The Role:DailyPay is looking for a Manager of Analytics to join our growing Data Team! The Manager of Analytics will apply various types of data to draw insights and build strategic recommendations to drive business value for the company, while working collaboratively to empower internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success. This position will also enable client success through guiding the development of customer-facing data products and analytics.

How You Will Make an Impact:Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of data analysts

Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization

Develop and execute the data analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader data strategy and business goals

Proactively engage with business leaders across various functional areas to identify critical business challenges and opportunities for data leverage

Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on data and analytics

Present data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to stakeholders, influencing decision-making at different levels of the organization

Identify and evaluate emerging data trends and technologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate

What You Bring to The Team:1+ years of experience managing and leading a team of data professionals

6+ years of practical experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; expert-level SQL skills

Extensive experience (6+ years) in data analytics, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact

Proven experience in leading and defining data analytics strategies within a specific functional area or business unit

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization

Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and implement data-driven strategies and solutions that support the company’s goals

Proven proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation

Nice to Haves:Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Sisense, Looker or similar

Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, and ETL tools like Fivetran or Stitch is a plus
