The Vice President partners closely with Operations leadership and enterprise stakeholders to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the business strategy into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution across sites</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Drive enterprise performance metrics, management systems, and review processes to improve safety, quality, and business outcomes</li> <li>Lead cross-functional process improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness</li> <li>Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to optimize cost, performance, and decision-making</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Risk Management, Safety & Compliance</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead environmental, health, and safety performance, reinforcing a strong safety culture across the organization</li> <li>Ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance across procurement, quality, and EHS</li> <li>Maintain accountability for audit readiness, internal standards, and external regulatory requirements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Procurement & Supply Chain Capability</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Advance sourcing strategies and supplier management to drive value, resilience, and cost competitiveness</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and external partners</li> <li>Oversee procurement governance and alignment with operational and enterprise fully integrated with site priorities</li> <li>Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Financial Management</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Accountable for operating and capital budgets across Manufacturing Services</li> <li>Balance cost discipline with performance, safety, and compliance style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What do I need to be successful?</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or related service functions (EHS, quality, procurement)</li> <li>Demonstrated success leading enterprise or multi-site organizations</li> <li>Strong track record of driving operational performance, safety, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating in a matrixed environment</li> <li>Ability to translate strategy into execution across diverse teams and geographies</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills</li> <li>Skill in budget development and management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, including responsibility for large-scale
