This role ensures employees are trained, qualified, and compliant with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements. The position works in close partnership with HR, Operations, and site leadership to promote a strong learning culture and support workforce development, onboarding, and community outreach initiatives.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>In this position you will have the opportunity to:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style=""><span style="">Create/maintain training programs regarding safety, production, maintenance/electrical, and HR that establishes minimum requirements for ensuring competent performance including maximum training periods to determine competency, and refresher or certification periods</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Evaluate the quality and efficiency of training work done by internal trainers along with resources</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Work with all co-workers to identify and fill training gaps, needs assessments, and establish qualification standards</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Manages LMS</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Follow-up training with participants to ensure they are progressing in their training plan and meeting deadlines</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Maintain classrooms and equipment dedicated to training</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develops, tracks, and assists in maintaining SOPs, quizzes, and competency evaluations</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Coordinate New Hire Orientation schedule and training</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Organize and electronically file all training sign-off documentation</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Create and maintain a community outreach program and build relationships for recruiting efforts in partnership with HR</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Perform all other duties as necessary</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>What do I need to be successful?</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Excellent planning and organizing skills</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to self-manage and work proactively</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Good written and oral communication skills</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Team focused</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information and data</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to interact with all levels of personnel</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrate procedures and respond to questions</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Computer literacy is required; MS Office and appropriate HR system</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Previous systems implementation</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Knowledge of jobs associated with the manufacturing process</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to build and maintain strong site level relationships</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Excellent interpersonal skills</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Education:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Two-year technical degree is desirable.
