Elliptic is looking for a senior data analyst to join our Data Fabric team, building tools and dashboards to unlock the value of Elliptic’s incredible data intelligence platform.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with high-performing data engineers and product managers to deliver an impactful user experience empowering customers to explore, integrate, and build data products with confidence and adaptability. You’ll play a key role in serving our customers and help shape new initiatives across our product landscape.

The impact you will have:

In this role, you’ll own and collaborate on the entire dashboard suite serving some of our largest customers, contributing to strategy, stack evaluation, and guiding how data is represented and queried efficiently. You’ll partner closely with data engineers and other product teams to support a shared vision for data access, standardisation and performance.

What you will do:

Own and collaborate on customer-facing dashboards and visualisations, including end-to-end delivery

Develop our dashboard strategy & roadmap aligned with customer needs and our Data Fabric vision

Evaluate embedded BI frameworks and platforms for self-service analytics capabilities

Develop dashboard design standards: templates, patterns, and reusable components

Maintain the highest standards for data quality, documentation, and reproducibility

Actively lead customer requirements sessions and tell the story of our data

Train internal stakeholders on dashboard functionality and best practices

Work closely with data engineers to discuss backend data requirements and optimise queries to keep costs down

Help enhance our processes and foster a collaborative, problem-solving culture

Collaborate with other engineers and data scientists across chapters and teams

You will be a great fit here if you:

Want to do impactful, meaningful work

Care deeply about quality

Enjoy solving problems through discussion and collaboration

Want to guide the team through effective dashboard design and data visualisation strategies

Are curious about how users use data and how to make it more actionable and accessible

Stay pragmatic by recognising when to aim for perfection and when "good enough" helps us learn faster

Enjoy taking full ownership of your work through its entire lifecycle

Our ideal candidate has:

Expert-level proficiency with BI and analytics platforms
