<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>The Whey Operator is responsible for assisting the Whey Evaporator and Dryer Operator in the whey processing operation.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Operate and clean the AMVR Evaporator in automatic and manual modes.<br>• Operate and clean the TFD and MSD spray dryers.<br>• Perform lab work as required.<br>• Recognize deficiencies in product.<br>• Operate equipment in preparation for cream shipments.<br>• Troubleshoot and solve any productions problem during operation.<br>• Keep all records accurate and up to date.<br>• Keep equipment and plant in condition that will meet all regulatory agency requirements.<br>• All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures.<br>• All GLC employees are expected to produce our products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program.<br>• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.</p> <p>The pay for this position is $26.05 - $26.60. All offers will be based on a candidate’s skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees and certifications, and internal equity.
