Reporting to the Director of Estimating, the incumbent plays a key role in the success of the Services Division by leveraging technical expertise to interpret project scope, develop accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and manage bid deadlines. </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Incumbents may be responsible for cabling, heat tracing, systems, instrumentation and related scopes across heavy industrial sectors such as oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, petrochemical, agricultural, forestry, and energy strategies and support competitive bids</strong>: including assembling conceptual and budget estimates, analyzing subcontractor bids, proposing innovations, and participating in tender closings with Skills</strong>: 1-5 years construction-related or supply chain experience and strong ability to interpret tender documents, specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements. </span></p> </li> sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Software</strong>: Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
