The Industrial Millwright is a hands‑on craft position responsible for keeping heavy production equipment running safely and reliably. This role focuses on practical mechanical work—diagnosing problems, tearing down equipment, making repairs, and getting machines back into service. You’ll spend your time on the floor working directly with pumps, boilers, hydraulics, and other industrial systems, either independently or alongside other skilled craft and operations teams.
