Reporting to the Senior Operations Director, this role leads all pre-construction activities, including estimating and budgeting, schedule development, constructability, procurement, and benchmarking. The Pre-Construction Director oversees complex proposal development, manages client and stakeholder relationships from opportunity through contract award, and defines the overall pre-construction strategy, including team coordination and resource allocation.
