Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is suited for an experienced construction professional with a strong business unit and client focus. The Senior Project Manager is a collaborative team builder who leads key relationships across clients, project teams, external stakeholders, and field supervision. Fully proficient in technical, leadership, and communication skills, the incumbent oversees complex projects from estimate through close‑out, managing all aspects of project financials, safety, quality, subcontracting, labour, and equipment. Leveraging internal areas of expertise, the role ensures compliance with corporate policies and management systems while maintaining a long‑term, strategic view of the business unit’s goals and their alignment with broader corporate objectives.
