About the Role: Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Form Builder/ Finisher to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Montrose, CO, near Delta. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years. As a Concrete Form Builder/ Finisher at Moltz, you will: <ul> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Form, place and finish concrete floors, driveways, walls, sidewalks, curbs, decks and other concrete structures</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Use dry pack grouting and epoxy materials, and understand how to cure concrete properly</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Level and smooth the surface, round the edges, and make joints or grooves to help control cracking on the surface</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and alignment</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Monitor how the wind, heat, or cold affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Produce rough concrete surface, using broom</li> </ul> Qualifications & Experience: <ul> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Perform good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.</li> </ul>Compensation and Benefits: <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Salary- $28.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Per diem and company housing is provided.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">$0.00 Premium Health Care, Vision, and Dental options are available.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">401(k) plan upon eligibility.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">On-the-job training and rapid career advancement for those with the drive and skill set. </li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Guaranteed 40-hour weeks with OT as necessary.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Work available all-year-round!</li> </ul> Moltz Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
