If so, Let’s work together!</span></p> <p><span style=""><strong> </strong></span></p><p><span style=""><strong>About the Role:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="">The Field Engineer/Surveyor is responsible for layout, surveying and coordination of contract drawings to field staff and quality control functions of a project. Initially, supporting a wastewater treatment plant project Perry Park, located in Larkspur, CO. . This is a task-based role that requires working knowledge of core elements of construction projects, the ability to read blueprints, and the ability to use surveying equipment. </span></p> <p><span style=""><strong>As a Field Engineer/Surveyor at Moltz Construction Inc., you will:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style=""><span style="">Perform a variety of duties including surveying, daily reporting, and quality control management.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Work with Project Managers/on-site Superintendent to coordinate contract documents to field staff.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Monitor project change management process, identify change events, and track changes to the project documents.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, and site instructions.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support Superintendent with creating templates and supporting documents on behalf of project team regarding roles and responsibilities.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Record change orders and update site drawings.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Maintain QA/QC and Safety records.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span style=""><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span style=""><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style=""><span style="">Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field experience is required.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">2-3 years construction experience is a plus.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong surveying skills are a plus but not requirement.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to learn quickly.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Proficiency in modeling software is a plus but not required.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong math skills.</span></li> </ul><p><span style=""><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Salary: $73k-94k</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">$0.00 Premium Health Care</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Vision and Dental options are available</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">401(k) plan upon eligibility</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Paid time off</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">On the job training and rapid career advancement for those with the drive and skill set</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Salary position with great potential for promotion</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>If this sounds like you, then Moltz Construction Inc. may be the right fit.
