In this role, you will be responsible for leading procurement activities for indirect services across the Spain HUB. You will ensure alignment with global procurement strategies and act as a key partner to site management.You will report to Global Head of Indirect Procurement – Process Technical Equipment.</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong><br>• Responsible for the overall hub’s results and implementation including compliance with ICL’s standards<br>• Manage all regional procurement activities in the hub that is not managed globally<br>• Effectively work Global Sourcing Managers & implement their category strategy<br>• Be a partner to the Site management team & Represent Global Procurement Organization<br>• Coordinate global procurement needs of all sites in the hub and communicate them to Global Sourcing Managers in order to gain maximum fit for use<br>• Represent the global procurement organization in the hub and ensure the sites receive the optimal service<br>• Participate in negotiations of agreements and lead in consultation with global team for ‘Hub’ products as needed<br>• Data oriented approach, Monitor PR/PO for the site and co‑ordinate, manage timely turnaround<br>• Make proactive contact with sites’ managements in respect to needs, customer satisfaction, savings, compliance and risk reduction. Manage the tactical buyers in the Hub – People manager role</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>Your profile:</strong><br>• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree in Business, NEVI 1 or NEVI 2 is a plus<br>• 10 years of relevant procurement and contracting experience, preferably in mining or chemical production<br>• Preferably experience in indirect procurement<br>• Strong Experience in stakeholder management<br>• Solid understanding of procurement processes and organizational structures<br>• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP<br>• Proven track record in managing complex, cross‑functional procurement initiatives<br>• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven working style<br>• Ability to lead change and operate effectively in a matrix organization<br>• Skilled in coaching and developing teams<br>• Results‑driven, decisive, and pragmatic with a strategic mindset</p> <p><br><strong>Languages:</strong> Fluent in English and Spanish</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Interested? </strong><br>Please press apply if you recognize yourself in the description above.</p></div></div></div>
