We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Treasury Operations & Systems Specialist, reporting to the Head of Treasury Europe.<br><br><strong>The Role:</strong> <br>The Treasury Operations & Systems Specialist will manage the cash management operations across multiple countries within the region. This role involves managing cash pooling, in-house banking, and ensuring efficient liquidity management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br><br><strong>The Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Operations:<br>• Manage daily cash operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting.<br>• Manage and optimize cash pooling structures to ensure efficient use of funds across the region.<br>• Administer the in-house bank, including intercompany funding, settlements, and reconciliations.<br>• Ensure adequate liquidity to meet the company’s operational and strategic needs.<br>• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cash management and treasury operations.<br>• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls related to cash operations.<br>• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control within cash operations.<br>• Preparation of the reports on cash activities to management.<br>• Align cash management processes across European countries in scope.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.<br>• Continuously gather and analyze data on potential fraud threats.<br><br>Cash Flow and Debt:<br>• Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to support effective liquidity management.<br>• Contribute to the development of rolling forecasts for finance expenses, providing insights for financial planning and decision-making.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to address and optimize cash planning.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><p><strong>The Requirements:</strong></p> <p>Qualifications:<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or a professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.<br>• Extensive experience in treasury or cash management, with a focus on cash pooling and in-house banking.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.<br>• Knowledge of SAP (Must Have) and QAD ERP systems (Nice to Have).<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment.<br><br>Skills:<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).<br>• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<br>• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.<br>• Flexible and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proven ability of navigating and harmonizing processes across countries. <br>• Excellent communication skills<br><br>Languages:<br>• Fluent in spoken and written English.</p></div></div></div>
