<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b></b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p> <p>-Top User of IMOS - Shipping Software by Veson.<br>-Create & Develop various reports to in-house users.<br>-Read and understand Shipping Contracts and issue Laytime calculations accordingly.<br>-Generate periodical reports about the shipping activities <br>-Settle accounting with Ship Owners in accordance with the contractual terms<br>-Manage interfaces between IMOS & SAP systems <br>-Support Veslink users (Chartering & Operation team)</p> <p><br><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p> <p>-Minimum 3 year working experience in logistics or data analysis. <br>-Strong data analysis skills.<br>-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs <br>-Deep knowledge of Excel program – (formulas, pivots, etc)<br>-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines<br>-Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to details<br>-Proactively identifies and solves problems to increase efficiency.<br>-Must be able to provide technical support<br>-Academic degree in business / Science – Shipping related – Advantage<br>-Fluent in English (read / write / speak)</p></div></div></div>
