As our operations continue to grow, we are always seeking top talent to join our winning team.</span></p><div> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Coordinate and follow up on regional engineering projects, including installation, validation, and launch of production lines across different plants.</li> <li>Lead RFQ coordination and support the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) with manufacturing plants.</li> <li>Manage project progress through timelines, tracking matrices, KPIs, and executive status reports (weekly/monthly).</li> <li>Ensure execution of FAT, SAT, and equipment validations in coordination with global engineering teams, suppliers, and local stakeholders.</li> <li>Oversee the integration of new machines and production lines, ensuring compliance with capacity, safety, quality, and traceability requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering teams to ensure proper line release according to global and local standards.</li> <li>Provide technical support for process engineers in capability analysis (Cp/Cpk), time studies, DOE, and process validations.</li> <li>Support the development and release of technical documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Layouts, etc.) aligned with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.</li> <li>Monitor compliance with Special Characteristics (CC &amp; CS) and customer-specific requirements during project development phases.</li> <li>Ensure proper documentation control, traceability, and information management within internal systems.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver project status presentations and progress reports for stakeholders.</li> <li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of technical information and raw material samples required for quotation, construction, and validation activities.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in process engineering, manufacturing, or project management.</li> <li>Experience in the <strong>automotive industry is preferred</strong>.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Knowledge of <strong>IATF 16949, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, RFQ, and SOW</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>automation, PLCs, and traceability systems</strong>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>capability analysis (Cp/Cpk), time studies, ergonomics, line balancing, and plant layouts</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>FAT/SAT validations</strong> and technical documentation.</li> <li><strong>Advanced English (fluent)</strong> for global communication.</li> <li>Knowledge of automotive safety products (seat belts, retractors, buckles) is a <strong>plus</strong>.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Soft Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong <strong>project management and cross-functional leadership</strong> skills.</li> <li>Excellent <strong>planning, organization, and prioritization</strong> abilities.</li> <li>Effective <strong>communication skills</strong> with a results-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Ability to <strong>work under pressure</strong> and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Availability and willingness to <strong>travel nationally and internationally</strong>.</li> </ul> </div><p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) and does not discriminate in any employment or employee relations based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital status, disability, veteran’s status, or any other basis protected by applicable discrimination laws.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><em><strong>Joyson Safety Systems does not provide immigration related sponsorship for this role.
