<p><img style="border:0.0px currentcolor;width:900.0px;height:293.0px" src="https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/doc/custom/SICPA/new.jpg"></p> <p> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><p><br><strong>ROLE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><br>• Operate SICPA’s Digital Solutions and the underlying cloud infrastructure (maintenance, upgrades, resource management, and business continuity)<br>• Perform configuration changes and deploy new releases<br>• Handle incidents and service requests escalated by Digital Operations L1 Support<br>• Update and track incidents and requests in the ticketing tool<br>• Perform technical troubleshooting, resolve incidents, and identify bugs or complex technical issues<br>• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), document findings, and drive corrective actions<br>• Escalate incidents and requests to L3 Support when appropriate<br>• Maintain and enrich the knowledge base<br>• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of process documentation</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PROFILE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><br>• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. AWS) are an advantage<br>• Experience in cloud-based application deployment and management, solution administration, customer support, and service management; project management experience is a plus<br>• Data and messaging analysis: Kafka (critical), SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle)<br>• Logs and monitoring tools: Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus<br>• Knowledge of containerized environments: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS<br>• Basic scripting skills: Bash, Python, Postman<br>• CI/CD pipelines: ArgoCD, Argo Workflows<br>• Languages: Excellent English (C1, written and spoken); additional languages are a plus<br>• ITIL certification is an advantage<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills<br>• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities<br>• Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization and time management<br>• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>JOIN US !</strong></p> <p><br> <br>• Join a global leader in trust technologies with a mission that matters.<br>• Be at the strategic heart of a financially sound and innovation-driven company.<br>• Collaborate with high-level experts and work on impactful international projects.<br>• Operate in a multi-cultural, high-integrity environment where autonomy and ownership are encouraged.</p></div></div></div>
