supporting the research, development, formulation, characterization, and validation of machine-readable features used for authentication and traceability applications.</span><span methods (optical, physical, chemical, and functional), and combines hands on laboratory work, ink formulation, and experimental characterization in close collaboration within the whole sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Contribute to the research, development and optimization of security features, including materials, pigments, and ink systems for machine readable and authentication applications.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Perform ink formulation work, including dispersion, stability optimization, and performance evaluation on various substrates.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support the integration of functional security materials into different ink platforms and printing processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Design and execute laboratory experiments to evaluate feature performance, robustness, and reproducibility.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Perform measurements and characterization using a wide range of laboratory equipment (e.g. optical, physical, chemical, functional, or instrumental techniques, not limited to IR/optics).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Participate in the validation of new materials, methods, and processes, contributing to industrial readiness.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and propose technical improvements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Draft technical reports, experimental summaries, and presentations for internal R&D stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, Laboratory Technology with minimum 7 year of relevant experience,or</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent (no prior industrial experience required).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong interest and/or initial experience in ink formulation and functional materials.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Hands-on laboratory mindset with experience (or strong aptitude) in using measurement and characterization equipment across different techniques.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ability to design experiments, follow protocols, and ensure data quality and traceability.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Comfortable using Microsoft
