This role requires experience in a production environment, an efficiency-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills to ensure seamless operational flow.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ROLE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><br>• Ensure all machines are operated in the correct way and according to production plan with an efficiency mindset in printing and coding facility<br>• Ensure operator level maintenance/cleaning activities listed in maintenance plans are carried out properly for assigned machine/machines in printing and coding facility<br>• Take necessary actions with supervision of Technical Service Supervisor to reduce the waste<br>• Ensure production quantities, waste quantities and reason for waste are recorded without any delay<br>• Report any failure on production process to supervisor immediately<br>• Operate all assets in factory including flexo-press, finishing machinery (QC, slitting and sheet cutting) and coding machinery<br>• Track and record usage of the inks on the machinery and stock<br>• Track and report usage of consumables for all machines in printing and coding facility<br>• Suggest improvements to reduce waste<br>• Undertake any other tasks that may be a part of the job</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PROFILE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent technical certification<br>• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Flexo printing within the label market<br>• Flexibility to work in shifts and/or on an on-call basis<br>• Proficient in using hand tools and capable of performing tasks at heights or carrying loads as required<br>• Prior experience in printing, packaging or pharma is highly desirable<br>• Strong teamwork, professional communication skills, and a high level of safety and compliance awareness<br>• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, basic SAP knowledge is a significant advantage<br>• Basic proficiency in English is an asset<br>• Valid forklift license is preferred; otherwise, a willingness to obtain certification and operate a forklift when necessary</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>JOIN US!</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><br>• Our success comes from our highly skilled and talented employees<br>• Respectful entrepreneurship and long-term vision are key for success<br>• Our people contribute to a more secure world<br>• Diversity at all levels of an organisation is a strength</p> <p> </p> <p>We offer an exciting and challenging role, with great potential for personal development within a unique organization in a fascinating and fast-growing industry.
