<p><img style="border:0.0px currentcolor;width:900.0px;height:293.0px" src="https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/doc/custom/SICPA/new.jpg"></p> <p> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:12.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><div> <div> </div> <div> <div> <div>We are looking for a highly motivated, Accountant to join our company on a Fixed-Term Contract for 1 year</div> <div> </div> <div> <p><strong>ROLE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Monitor invoice collection on a daily basis and identify potential discrepancies to maintain accurate customer account balances.</li> <li>Liaise with suppliers to ensure vendor documentation accuracy, support negotiations, and ensure timely service delivery and payment reconciliations.</li> <li>Ensure accurate posting of all transactions in the accounting system (e.g., SAP)</li> <li>Assist the Finance Manager with cash‑flow monitoring and cash optimisation.</li> <li>Maintain, record, and reconcile the fixed assets register accurately, ensuring proper safeguarding of company assets.</li> <li>Assist in preparing forecasts, financial simulations, and specific analyses and reports in consultation with relevant executive team members.</li> <li>Ensure reconciliation and clean‑up of all General Ledger accounts on a daily </li> <li>Manage daily activities for Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Treasury, and Cost Accounting.</li> <li>Prepare and submit all reports required under local legislation (Albanian Law).</li> <li>Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>PROFILE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance.</li> <li>3–5 years of experience in Finance.</li> <li>Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices.</li> <li>Knowledge of financial reporting and local/state accounting regulations.</li> <li>Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).</li> <li>Good knowledge of office software and ERP systems (ideally SAP).</li> <li>Communication & Competencies.<br><br></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>JOIN US!</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><br>• Our success comes from our highly skilled and talented employees<br>• Respectful entrepreneurship and a long-term vision are key for success<br>• Our people contribute to a more secure world <br>• Diversity at all levels of an organisation is a strengths </p> <p>We offer an exciting and challenging role, with great potential for personal development within a unique organization in a fascinating industry.
