<p><img style="border:0.0px currentcolor;width:900.0px;height:293.0px" src="https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/doc/custom/SICPA/new.jpg"></p> <p> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><strong>ROLE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>• Lead and develop the Albania Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Tirana, managing 15–20 engineers across software and hardware development teams <br>• Ensure the delivery of cost-effective software solutions, equipment, and devices supporting customer contracts and product roadmaps <br>• Maintain and drive development roadmaps aligned with priorities and needs expressed by the Solutions Delivery organization <br>• Ensure full adherence to SICPA development, security, quality, and compliance standards across all activities <br>• Monitor solution obsolescence, anticipate required upgrades, and actively support the evolution and sustainability of solutions <br>• Continuously improve the performance, responsiveness, predictability, and effectiveness of development teams <br>• Build, retain, and develop a highly skilled, motivated, and knowledgeable workforce, fostering technical excellence and accountability <br>• Establish and manage a network of local partners and suppliers to increase capacity or access specific skills when required <br>• Provide clear visibility on development activities and performance, including capacity, delivery, quality, and cost KPIs <br>• Maintain strong alignment and tight collaboration with other SICPA CoEs worldwide, ensuring consistency and reuse <br>• Control and manage outsourcing and subcontracting budgets to absorb demand peaks </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PROFILE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>• Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience <br>• 10+ years of experience managing software and/or hardware development or engineering teams <br>• Proven experience leading teams in an international, matrix organization <br>• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders <br>• High sense of accountability, ownership, and commitment to delivery and people development <br>• Strong organizational and management skills, including planning, prioritization, and performance follow up <br>• Solid test driven development mindset and focus on quality by design <br>• Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, applied pragmatically in mixed SW/HW environments <br>• Fluent in English (spoken and written)</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>JOIN US!</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>• Our success comes from our highly skilled and talented employees<br>• Respectful entrepreneurship and a long-term vision are key for success<br>• Our people contribute to a more secure world<br>• Diversity at all levels of an organization is a strength</p> <p> </p> <p>We offer an exciting and challenging role, with great potential for personal development within a unique organization in a fascinating industry.
