We are looking for a motivated <strong><span style="color:darkorange">Agricultural Warehouse Lead</span></strong> to join our team in <span style="color:darkorange"><strong>Othello, Washington, </strong></span>who will supervise warehouse operations, overseeing defined process flows, personnel, and equipment to ensure the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of seed and steck materials.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:darkorange"><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Oversee the receiving, repacking, processing coordination, and shipping of seed and stecks. Ensure steck and seed quality is maintained during storage.</li> <li>Ensure the quality, integrity, and proper handling of seed and steck inventory throughout all warehouse processes.</li> <li>Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas, ensuring all inventory transactions, shipments, and process flows are accurate, timely, and efficient.</li> <li>Lead, organize, and supervise multiple contract labor teams throughout the processing year; support staffing plans and assign daily workloads.</li> <li>Provide hands-on coordination and control of daily warehouse activities.</li> <li>Utilize SAP and other company-provided applications to maintain records, document required information, generate reports, and monitor warehouse status and projections.</li> <li>Order and maintain consumable materials for the warehouse. </li> <li>Support other departments as needed, including but not limited to seed production field maintenance and steck nursery planting.</li> <li>Ensure Company handbook, Rules, Guidelines, Procedures, and safety policies are followed, and personal protective equipment is used correctly. </li> <li>Travel and/or drive and/or operate a forklift on behalf of the business. </li> <li>Meet attendance requirements. </li> <li>Other duties as assigned. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:darkorange"><strong>What you bring in:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Several years of experience in warehouse supervision</li> <li>High mechanical knowledge and strong technical skills. </li> <li>Forklift certification</li> <li>Agricultural experience (preferred) </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:darkorange"><strong>Benefits:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary (salary 55.000-65.000)</li> <li>Health, dental, vision benefits</li> <li>Pension plan and 401(k) with employer match</li> <li>Flexible paid-time-off (PTO)</li> <li>Professional training and development opportunities</li> <li>An international and diverse team</li> </ul>
