<p> </p> <p><strong>KWS Berlin GmbH</strong> is seeking an <strong>experienced HR Analytics Expert in HR Systems and Data Management (m/f/d) </strong>to join our Global Human Resources Expert Hub Systems & Data Management team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR analytics initiatives, ensuring data governance, and delivering advanced reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.<strong> The role is full-time and permanent.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Strategic HR Analytics:</strong> Develop and implement a global HR analytics strategy aligned with business objectives. Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights.</li> <li><strong>Data Governance & Quality:</strong> Establish and maintain HR data governance frameworks. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance (including GDPR). Define and monitor key HR KPIs.</li> <li><strong>Advanced Reporting & Visualization:</strong> Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). Provide data-driven recommendations.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:</strong> Partner with HR Business Partners, Expert Hubs, Global Business Operations, Finance, and IT. Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR data trends.</li> <li><strong>Innovation & Continuous Improvement:</strong> Lead initiatives to adopt emerging technologies such as machine learning and AI. Benchmark internal practices against industry standards.</li> <li><strong>HRIS & Data Management:</strong> Contribute expert knowledge in mass data processing and HRIS concept creation. Ensure proper translation of concepts into technical systems and data processes.</li> <li><strong>Support for Decision Making:</strong> Implement HR metrics to determine workforce efficiency and impact.
