<p>As<strong> Business Controller Cereals</strong> at <strong>KWS Lochow GmbH</strong>, you will support the BU Controller in acting as a trusted business partner to management. You will help translate strategy into operational actions, provide financial insights for decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes across the organization. This is a <strong>permanent </strong>position which is available <strong>full-time</strong>. The place of work is at one of the main location of the Business Unit in <strong>Bergen-Wohlde</strong>. </p> <p>If you are passionate about controlling, enjoy working in a dynamic international setting, and want to make a tangible impact on business performance, we look forward to receiving your application. </p> <p><br><strong>What you can look forward to: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance management</li> <li>Deliver high-quality financial analyses and management reporting</li> <li>Act as a key interface between the Business Unit and Finance & Controlling functions</li> <li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes as well as external reporting</li> <li>Monitor business risks and opportunities and contribute to risk management activities</li> <li>Assist with business cases, investment evaluations, and M&A-related projects</li> <li>Contribute to the harmonization and optimization of controlling and finance processes across the Group</li> <li>Participate in cross-functional and strategic projects within the Business Unit </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Bring your strengths: </strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree or vocational training in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field</li> <li>First professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment</li> <li>Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing processes</li> <li>Good understanding of financial controlling and business processes</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is desirable</li> <li>Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured working style</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment</li> <li>Fluent English and German language skills </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Start your future with us!
