<p><strong>KWS Berlin GmbH</strong> is looking for a<span style="background-color:white"> <span style="color:darkorange"><strong>GBO Key User - Master Data (m/f/d)</strong></span></span> who will support standardized, high-quality master data management across KWS Global Business Operations (GBO). You act as a key interface between business and IT, contribute to digital transformation initiatives such as the S/4HANA migration, and continuously improve processes, systems, and reporting to enable transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decisions.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a <strong>full-time</strong> position <strong>initially limited to 2 years</strong> and based in <strong>Berlin</strong>. </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:darkorange"><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Manage projects and new process implementations that require significant technical and process knowledge</li> <li>Have the lead to standardized processes, automate tasks, and drive digital transformation within the GBO</li> <li>Provide technical expertise to support the definition of strategy, goals, and targets within the department</li> <li>Support the team with technical skills and guidance on tools, systems utilization</li> <li>Ensure the availability of proper reporting tools and systems for effective data analysis and decision-making</li> <li>Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains through the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting capabilities to enable better visibility and insights into operational performance</li> <li>Facilitate cross functional alignment and collaboration on IT solutions and processes</li> <li>Create transparency to stakeholders on department systems and technical developments in the company</li> <li>Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the exchange of ideas and knowledge</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:darkorange"><strong>Function Specifics:</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Enable the GBO Master Data Management by continuously developing the processes as part of governance, systems and tools</li> <li>Support the implementation of MDM as part of transformation and migration activities to S4</li> <li>Serve as a liaison between GBO MDM, Global IT, Global Key Users, external service providers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment on IT solutions and processes</li> <li>Support the creation of Master Data guidelines as well as its documentation, analysis and optimization</li> <li>Support the definition, implementation, and enhancement of roles and authorizations of related systems</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:darkorange"><strong>Your Profile:</strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Academic degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Management, or a related field</li> <li>Deep understanding of master data processes abd dependencies and cross‑functional impact on global business processes</li> <li>Solid hands‑on knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA master data, including integrations, interfaces, and data flows in complex landscapes</li> <li>Ability to analyze, structure, and visualize data and process flows effectively</li> <li>Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on digitalization and automation opportunities</li> <li>High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in complex environments</li> <li>Fluent in English.
