<p><img style="border:0.0px currentcolor;width:900.0px;height:293.0px" src="https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/doc/custom/SICPA/new.jpg"></p> <p> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><strong>ROLE</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>• Act as a technical expert in charge of maintaining and evolving a portion of our internal digital platform<br>• Act as seasoned engineer in java software development with ability to understand the technical challenges of related technologies such as infrastructure, pipeline, frontend and subsystem interactions<br>• Within backend area of expertise, introduce new innovative technologies and support teams to facilitate the spread of innovation within our solution<br>• Contribute to the "bottom-up" technical roadmap construction in coordination with the PO and in line with desired technical evolution within the company<br>• Able to coordinate sub team towards mutual delivery goals, split the work, follow-up and provide technical guidance whenever required<br>• Capacity to manage sub-contractor, suppliers, facilitate technical collaboration and adoption of the digital platform<br>• Apply and promote state-of-the-art testing practices at all levels for continuous integration<br>• Apply and promote best practices when it comes to software engineering (testing, documentation, code review etc.)<br>• Apply and promote agile methodologies throughout the development process</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PROFILE:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><br>• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.<br>• In-depth experience in software engineering with a sound track record in Java and Spring Boot.
