<p> </p> <p><strong>KWS Türk</strong> is looking for their new <strong>Lead of Product Management & Agroservice</strong> to be based in their HQ, <strong>Eskisehir, Türkiye</strong>. You will lead the team of product managers to ensure the best possible sales and customer support and drive the development of cross-crop tools and services. This position is also responsible for developing business opportunities amongst all new KWS initiatives.</p> <p> <br>The position is <strong>unlimited</strong> and <strong>full-time</strong> position. </p> <p> <br><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, empower and develop the team of product managers to ensure the best possible sales and customer support.</li> <li>Ensure the continuous optimization of the cross-crop portfolio according to internal and external factors</li> <li>Drive the development of cross-crop tools and services.</li> <li>Ensure the delivery of content to the marketing department to support the promotion of tools as well as content for marketing material on all channels. </li> <li>Ensure mid- and long-term cross-crop portfolio by testing, trialing and registration.</li> <li>Plan trials, field demos, training and activities within the limits of the agreed budget.</li> <li>Optimize product and service offers for the Turkish market to deliver max. value for customers.</li> <li>Drive the change process to a customer centric organization. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree in agriculture and/or management or marketing. </li> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Min. 5 years of experience as a product manager.</strong></li> <li>Experience and knowledge in the Turkish farming conditions, agricultural market, and the seed business.</li> <li>Strong cooperative leadership skills incl. change management.</li> <li>Proven management, agronomical & sales skills (tools, strategies, techniques).</li> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Fluent in Turkish and English language (verbal and written).</strong></li> <li>Target-oriented and strong commitment to achieve budgets.</li> <li>Excellent organization, communication and analytical skills.</li> <li>Critical thinking & strategic awareness.</li> <li>No restrictions for travelling abroad.</li> <li>No restrictions for frequently travelling in Türkiye (at least 50% of time).</li> <li style="font-weight:bold"><strong>Valid B class driver’s license and no restrictions for driving frequently.</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Grow your career by submitting your application online via our online application system SuccessFactors!
