Position Summary The Quality Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring that the plant’s products, processes, and people consistently meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. This position oversees daily quality operations, supports the execution of the plant’s Quality Assurance System, and ensures alignment with SKF Group policies, customer requirements, and industry standards such as AS9100. You will lead and develop a team of quality technicians and inspectors, guide containment and problem solving activities on the shop floor, and maintain strong partnerships across production, engineering, and supply chain. This role requires a balance of hands on oversight, disciplined process management, and the ability to translate complex quality requirements into practical, sustainable practices. Quality Supervisor ensures that quality is embedded into every stage of manufacturing and that the organization continuously improves its performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities A.
