As Internal Control Manager, you will support the Head of Internal Control and contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal control frameworks. Experience in an audit firm or a multinational organization is considered an advantage. The preferred candidate has a solid background in both governance and hands-on execution within finance or accounting. You demonstrate strong collaboration skills and a supportive approach, and you are effective at building professional relationships across functions and geographies. In this role, you will need a proactive mindset and experience working in both project-based and process-oriented environments. You are comfortable operating in a decentralized organization and bring a high level of integrity to your work.
