<p><strong>Your job:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Programming AX tools: Learn, explore, and code with Python, Node-RED, CODESYS, WebIQ, and Motion Robotic packages</li> <li>Developing sample projects: Create automation and robotics demos that showcase real-world applications</li> <li>Creating training content: Convert your development work into labs, tutorials, and how-to clips</li> <li>Delivering sessions: Share knowledge with internal teams, customers, and partners]</li> <li>Problem-solving: Provide solutions by building demos or guiding users directly</li> <li>Act as the single point of contact for Sales, Core Development, and other departments on AX Controls\</li> <li>Give feedback to Development to improve the usability of the Software Tooling</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your qualification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completed degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Controls and Electrical & Instrumentation or comparable field</li> <li>5 to 10 years of experience in relevant field</li> <li>Professional experience with commissioning of automation systems, technical service, etc., with a focus on controls</li> <li>Sound knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., CODESYS V3 – STL, CFC…) in machinery (assembly, packaging or comparable)</li> <li>Ideally working experience in teaching or training, setting-up curriculum or similar in university or industry</li> <li>Knowledge of programming languages Python and C# is an advantage</li> <li>Knowledge of fieldbus systems (mainly EtherCAT) and data interfaces like OPC UA is desirable</li> <li>Strong analytical ability, problem-solving mindset, teamwork orientation, didactic, communication skills and customer focus</li> <li>Ability to present in front of a group online, in-person and manage participants</li> <li>Open to travel aboard to deliver in-person training.</li> </ul>
