Quality Assurance Manager Global Markets We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager Global Markets to join our Quality Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy. How your agenda looks like: <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will act as the technical point of contact for customers on quality, food safety, and product specifications;</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will manage customer technical requests and coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Plant QC, Regulatory, and Operations) to validate information;</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will handle customer and consumer complaints end-to-end, including root cause analysis and corrective actions;</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will support customer audits and technical visits;</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will prepare and maintain customer technical documentation;</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will monitor quality performance and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.</li> </ul> Your team: You will become part of the Quality Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Chief Quality Officer.
