Production Area Leader We are looking for a Defrosting Area Leader to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy. How you make the difference You will be responsible for managing the Defrosting Process so that the production lines are supplied with raw material according to the quantities and schedule established and agreed with the planning, respecting the quality and food safety standards set. You will also have to guarantee the safety of the process and the cleaning standards. How your agenda looks like: <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;text-align:justify;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of production performance, guaranteeing the expected quantities of raw material to the production lines in the agreed times; </li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;text-align:justify;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will analyze daily, weekly and monthly production KPIs (yields, returns, quality), identifying the causes of anomalies and proposing actions necessary for continuous improvement;</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;text-align:justify;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will assign staff to the department activities according to the assessments of fitness drawn up by the competent doctor;</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;text-align:justify;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will collaborate in optimizing efficiency, productivity and costs;</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.4px;text-align:justify;line-height:107%;text-indent:0.4px">You will draft reports/forms on the basis of the modalities defined by the company management.</li> </ul> Your team: You will become part of the Industrial Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Scheduling & Replenishment Leader Italy. You will also have to manage a team of about 10 production operators assigned to the Defrosting Area.
