<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:center"><strong>Department: </strong>Creos IT| <strong>Location:</strong> Luxembourg – Merl | <strong>Contract:</strong> Permanent | <strong>Job requisition N°</strong>20038</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your tasks</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You define and execute the infrastructure and cloud services strategy aligned with business objectives</li> <li>You design, govern, and evolve hybrid and multi-cloud achitectures</li> <li>You ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of infrastructure services</li> <li>You lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure and cloud engineering teams</li> <li>You establish and maintain infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps</li> <li>You define roles, responsibilites, and operational/on-call models</li> <li>You conduct performance management, workforce planning, and skills development</li> <li>You guarantee the delivery of optimim Creos IT support and services to business users</li> <li>You develop and maintain technical documentation and associated operational procedures</li> <li>You propose improvements of the technology infrastructure and Cloud technology services in conjunction with the Architecture and the other IT departments</li> <li>You are actively involved in IT on-call duty, and BCP and DRP organization</li> <li>You follow up on industry innovations and latest trends</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>Your profile</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You hold a university degree in Information Technology/Computer Sciences, Project Management or equivalent</li> <li>You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function</li> <li>An ITIL foundation certification will be considered as an asset</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and a high willingness to discover and promote new technologies and solutions within the energy domain</li> <li>Knowledge of Azure and/or M365 environments and on-premises Microsoft & Linux based servers</li> <li>Knowledge in Digital Workplace with staging/deployment of endpoints with MECM/Intune</li> <li>You are proactive, curious, flexible and you collaborate with others to solve incidents</li> <li>Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
