<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"> </H2> </div><div><p><strong>Department : </strong>Finance | <strong>Location :</strong> Merl | <strong>Contract :</strong> Permanent | <strong>Job Requisition N° </strong>20096</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your mission</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>• Develop and drive the Finance &amp; Procurement transformation roadmap aligned with Creos’ strategic and regulatory priorities.<br>• Analyse and optimize finance and procurement processes, systems, and data flows to improve efficiency, standardization, and automation.<br>• Lead end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and post-implementation review.<br>• Coordinate the implementation and enhancement of finance and procurement digital solutions (ERP, reporting, procurement platforms) in close collaboration with IT and business teams. <br>• Perform financial, cost, and spend analyses to support budgeting, forecasting, sourcing decisions, and performance management. <br>• Ensure transformation initiatives comply with governance, internal control, audit, and regulatory requirements while supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. <br>• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance or finance transformation, experience in procurement transformation, project management or consulting roles would be considered an asset. <br>• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations. <br>• Strong knowledge of finance and procurement processes, including budgeting, controlling, sourcing, purchasing, and reporting. <br>• Experience with ERP and digital finance/procurement solutions (e.g. SAP, Power BI, procurement platforms). <br>• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills in complex and cross-functional environments. <br>• Good understanding of governance, compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements. <br>• Strong communication, coordination, and change management capabilities. <br>• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a continuous improvement mindset. <br>• Fluent in English, German and/or French, Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>• The opportunity to join a Group that actively shapes the energy transition in Luxembourg and the Greater Region<br>• A multicultural and international working environment that encourages diversity and inclusion<br>• A competitive salary with many additional benefits (e.g. pension plan, additional health insurance, meal vouchers, private parking, company restaurant, etc.)<br>• Continuous learning and development career path adapted to the needs of each employee<br>• Hybrid working mode with the possibility to work from home and 34 days off per year.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><br>For external applications, a recent copy of the police record will be requested, if you are invited for an interview.</p></div></div></div>
