Behind the scenes, our IT teams make sure everything runs smoothly. </p> <p> </p> <p>As an intern in the IT Operations & Infrastructure team, you will be part of the daily backbone of our organization and support colleagues across the business. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will do</b></H2> </div><div><p>You will support the team with a mix of operational and hands-on activities, such as:</p> <ul> <li>Providing basic user support (1st line support, troubleshooting)</li> <li>Supporting with administrative tasks (e.g. asset tracking, ticket follow-up)</li> <li>Assisting in day-to-day IT operations</li> <li>Updating and improving IT documentation and knowledge articles</li> </ul> <p>You will work closely with experienced IT colleagues and get a good understanding of how IT operates in an international environment.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What we're looking for</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>You are an MBO student in IT, ICT, or a related field</li> <li>You have an interest in IT support, infrastructure and systems</li> <li>You are proactive, structured and eager to learn</li> <li>You are comfortable helping others and have strong communication skills</li> <li>You have a hands-on mentality and take ownership of your tasks</li> <li>You are fluent in English and Dutch</li> </ul></div></div></div>
