Your seat to fill: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive our global marketing strategy at a regional level, covering Trade Marketing, Digital, Brand Communication, Product Marketing and PR activities</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strategic marketing planning for the local brand building and positioning</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, social media, implement editorial marketing</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Be the marketing Go -To person for the General Manager, Head of Sales & Head of Marketing</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">POS Excellence - implement POS guideline and oversee all marketing activities. Increase brand awareness at POS, fairs, print & social media </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Plan & drive events with key stakeholders both online & offline.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work closely with the sales team & our customers in the execution of global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines in your market and increase brand space online and offline. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other parties to support in the Shop in Shops concept creation & project execution.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good understanding & analysis of the market trends, customer journey & consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Execute global strategy & coordinate new products launches locally</li> </ul> Your stroll to CYBEX: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Several years of relevant work experience as Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer centric environment </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong goal focus and customer orientation, affinity for design</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that have consistently met objectives</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fluent German and Business English</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prior leadership skills preferred with strong communication skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analytical with high sense of organization</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects</li> </ul> CYBEX operates globally and has employees from over 29 nations.
