After growing rapidly in the last few years, we look for ambitious talent to contribute to CYBEX’s success story.</span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Your seat to fill:</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead all global logistics functions, including transportation, distribution, and warehousing operations</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and implement global strategies to optimize inventory management and distribution across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Negotiate competitive agreements with forwarding agencies and 3PL providers, overseeing tender processes to secure cost-efficient and high-quality services</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure logistics operations deliver market-leading service while continuously improving cost efficiency</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assess and align storage and transport capacity with current business demands and future growth plans</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner with the sales organization to address logistical challenges, provide cost analysis, manage import duties, and support special projects</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee daily operations and foster strong partnerships with 3PL providers to ensure smooth execution</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain effective storage systems, robust inventory control, and quality assurance processes to meet compliance, safety, and service level standards</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Your stroll to CYBEX:</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Extensive leadership experience in senior supply chain or logistics roles, with proven success at both European and global levels</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Deep understanding of global forwarding operations and 3PL networks</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing distribution processes</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fluent in business English; proficiency in German or additional languages is considered an advantage</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Willingness to travel internationally</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p><p style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:#383838"><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">CYBEX operates globally and has employees from over 29 nations.
