Your seat to fill: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support in New Product-strategy and -portfolio development for product category in line with company strategic and commercial objectives</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lifecycle-, roadmap-planning and prioritization of product portfolio for strollers</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor commercial success of product portfolio in market and implement interventions</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support development of consumer segmentation and identify consumer needs for the product category</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as stroller category owner and coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Operations and if required further areas of the organization</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Train & guide Marketing, Sales and Global Training team on the overall product category direction</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Present product concepts and product stories to internal and external clients</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and recommend product directions/new opportunities and marketing strategies in order to support sales activation</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Steer and coordinate Marketing campaigns that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the defined consumer groups</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee and steer all activities of the product management department and ensure they are efficiently and effectively executed</li> </ul> Your stroll to CYBEX: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Successfully completed degree in industrial/product design or comparable, relevant professional experience in this field</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven track record of introduction and/or further development of innovative products in the segment of technical durable goods (B2C)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Substantial product management background coupled with a strong leadership and management experience</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong commercial acumen </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience of continuous improvement of internal structures & processes</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Entrepreneurial personality paired with hands-on and pragmatic approach</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fluent written and oral communication in German and English language</li> </ul> This position is at our office in Bayeuth.
